Cancelling an order

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your
order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the
whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as
part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling
Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the
order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you
cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if
you only cancel part of your order (although you still have seven days to
return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in
new re-sealable condition within 7 working days, along with the original receipt. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days.
